On November 23, the Internal Market and Consumer Protection Committee in the European Parliament voted in favour of the Digital Markets Act, which will be voted on in the December plenary session. With this virtual discussion, hosted by Ivan Stefanec MEP and joined by experts stakeholders from digital industries as well as SME representatives, we aim to explore the current DMA proposal and legislative framework in view of December’s plenary session. Trilogue negotiations will start in 2022 under the French presidency.
